Support and Well-Being
At the Center for Health and Well-Being, caring licensed professionals provide confidential help to students with personal, social, and educational concerns. Common areas of concern include: adjustment to college, anxiety, depression, relationships, issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity, eating disorders, substance abuse, sexual/physical abuse, and test anxiety. Services include individual, couple, and family counseling, as well as crisis intervention. Please use the to get started with counseling services.
Same-day or Urgent Appointments
We are pleased to offer same-day and quick-access appointments. All sessions will be 30 minutes.
To book one of these appointments, access our .
Once on the portal, select "Appointments" on the left hand side, then select "Counseling Services", then select, "Same Day and Quick Access Session", then select, "All Providers", and select an available session.
You may book a Same Day or Quick Access Session up to 5 business days in advance.
E-Referrals for Ongoing Counseling
If you'd like to be seen by one of the clinical mental health counselors at the Center for Health and Well-Being for ongoing counseling, please access our .
Once on the portal, select the Forms tab on the Left and complete the "E-Referral for Counseling" form.
In this form, please list all of the available times you are able to meet with a counselor during the semester to better assist you in scheduling your first appointment with your new counselor. In the "preferences" section you may indicate any preferences you have for your counseling experiences so that we may best accommodate your needs.
