Donovan is a seasoned executive who has held multi-industry global leadership roles in major corporations, including Vice President-General Electric, Senior Vice President-Raytheon, Executive Vice President-Home Depot, and Vice Chairman and Executive Officer-Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, Cerberus Capital Management. Donovan draws on his wealth of experience in change management, operations, human capital, strategy and business transformations to address critical issues facing businesses today. His insight into these corporate landscapes gave students a rare opportunity to hear firsthand how top leaders navigate the complexities of the modern business environment.

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Massachusetts and earned a Juris Doctor degree from 黨Ƶ University School of Law.
