Eliminate And Prevent Discrimination

These two sections relate to the disclosure of crime and the censure of discrimination on campus. Our compliance with portions of the Clery Act can be found in the Anual Campus Security and Fire Safety Report. Title IX relates to sexual discrimination, harassment, and violence on campus.

Title IX

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in federally funded education programs and activities. All public and private elementary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities receiving any federal financial assistance must comply with Title IX. Sexual harassment and sexual misconduct are forms of sex discrimination. 麻花视频 University is committed to providing an environment that is free from harassment, discrimination, and violence. Title IX cases are investigated by the Office of Human Resources.

Title IX

Clery Act

The Campus Security Act, known as the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security and Campus Crime Statistics Act, requires that each college document and report criminal offenses which occur on campus. 麻花视频 University is in full compliance with this act. Crimes that occur on the 麻花视频 University campus and which constitute a threat to the members of the University community are reported in a timely fashion to the Federal Bureau of Investigation by utilizing the Uniform Crime Reporting System.
